The latest installment of the Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins debuted last night on MTV. The show combines everything you'd want to see in a reality competition: crazy challenges, drunken fights and random hookups. Some find the show boorish and mundane; I find those people to be crazy.
This is the eighteenth iteration of the show and is still easily one of the most entertaining and yes, trashy, shows on television. But please be mindful that when I say entertaining that's all I mean. Give it a couple of episodes and then honestly tell me you don't care, at least a little bit, about who back stabs who and the drama involved in the Ruins.
For those who watch, here's my early prediction for winner...Evan. Lock it up.
